Nature of work
- Planning, organization and maintenance of installation works of prefabricated reinforced concrete products;
- Management of employees in construction facilities;
- Communication with subcontractors and control of the quality and deadlines of the installation works of reinforced concrete prefabricated products performed by them;
- Appropriate and economical use of allocated resources;
- Supervision and control of the quality of performed works and compliance with technologies;
- Representation of the company in technical and organizational issues arising in daily work activities;
- Compliance with work safety requirements and ensuring safe work at the construction site;
- Adherence to work performance technologies and quality requirements and their assurance;
- Determining, ordering and controlling the need for materials and resources;
- Preparation, management and submission of acts of completed works, electronic construction journal and other documents.
Employee requirements
- Certificate of the Construction Manager of the special structure;
- Previous work experience working with reinforced concrete prefabricated products;
- Employee safety and health specialist certificate;
- Responsibility, diligence, ability to quickly solve problems;
- Good computer skills.
