Nature of work:
Projects throughout Lithuania.
Planning, organization and supervision of construction works at the construction site;
Control of the quality of the construction works and compliance with the schedule, submission of completed works;
Ensuring compliance with construction site regulations;
Participation in communication with customers and technical supervisors;
Preparation of documentation related to construction execution and maintenance;
Material control;
Communication with subcontractors and control of their work;
Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health, fire safety requirements.

Requirements:
Have a higher engineering education and know construction processes;
Have a qualification certificate for a special structural construction manager and a special structural construction technical maintenance manager. Buildings: residential and non-residential buildings; Engineering networks: water supply, gas, sewage; Transportation communications: bridges, roads, railways (MANDATORY);
Have at least 2 years of similar work experience;
Be able to read and analyze projects and technical documentation.
