Nature of work
- Project budget and schedule planning, coordination and execution control;
- Conducting and organizing tender negotiations, gen. control of contractors and contractors;
- Coordination of project progress from project start to completion;
- Control the performance of construction works according to the established quality requirements;
- Identification of possible risks for the successful implementation of the project, finding measures to avoid them or reduce the impact.
Employee requirements
- Work experience as a construction project manager (residential, non-residential buildings), managing high-value projects;
- Higher engineering education;
- Certificate of qualification granting the right to hold the position of construction manager;
- Knowledge of legal acts related to direct responsibilities;
- Organizational and work planning skills;
- Orientation to the result.
