Nature of work
- Ensure the management of the project budget and construction work execution plan;
- Effectively plan and organize the progress of construction works and ensure deadline control;
- Plan and analyze the financial indicators of the project and ensure their implementation;
- Ensure the implementation of the technological requirements of the construction of the project;
- Perform design documentation reviews and provide optimization suggestions:
- To coordinate and control the participants of the construction project, to solve the issues that have arisen;
- Cooperate with the client and/or construction manager on project management issues;
- Ensure proper selection of contractors and their management;
- Conduct negotiations with contractors, coordinate and conclude contracts;
- Ensure proper fulfillment of contractual obligations;
- Coordinate and control the implementation of quality assurance/management requirements;
- Administer project documentation;
- Carry out material orders and write-offs and distribute them efficiently;
- Plan purchases and execute them according to the agreed schedule.
We will consider experience with projects of large volume and value as well as the category of special structure an advantage.
Requirements
- Higher/higher engineering education;
- Qualification certificate;
- At least 5 years of successful work experience in construction project management;
- Knowledge of project financial indicators management;
- Knowledge of the legal acts of the LR, which regulate the construction of the structure;
- Orientation towards the result, effective planning and non-standard solutions;
- Ability to work independently and manage a team;
- Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills;
- Ability to work with AutoCad, MS Project programs;
- Driver's licence B category.

Basic (tariff) wage rates from 30 EUR/hour. up to 40 EUR/hour depending on experience.
The employment contract specifies and determines the hourly rate wage before taxes.
