Job description
We are currently inviting a Construction Manager to join the team, who would be entrusted to work with energy projects: construction of high and medium power lines in Lithuania and abroad, engineering structures in the field of energy, other new energy construction projects.
Enersense Construction Manager's daily routine:
- Planning the implementation of projects of construction objects, organization and control of daily works in the object
- Ensuring the quality, timeliness and cost management of the work performed
- Organization of the work of subordinate employees, distribution of functions and responsibilities
- Analysis of the results of the ongoing project, accounting of materials, write-offs
- Preparation and management of object documentation
- Organization of subcontracting and control of its performed works
- If necessary, participation in project calculation procedures
Our expectation is that you have:
- Similar work experience
- Certificate of a special construction manager and/or certificate of a special construction manager (engineering networks: electricity up to 400 kV voltage)
- Electrical safety category (VK/AK)
- Experience of independent project implementation, project management
- Organizational abilities, work planning and project budget planning skills
- Good knowledge of Russian and/or English
- Good computer skills
- Driver's licence B category
