Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and oversee the ordering and receiving of construction materials.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of store staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement strategies to improve store efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize inventory turnover.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality and condition of incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Financial Management: Monitor expenses, analyze financial reports, and work towards achieving sales targets and budgetary goals.
- Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

- Experience: At least 3 years as a store manager (construction or related industry).
- Experience of cooperation with architects, designers and/or plumbers.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in inventory management, strong understanding of construction materials and processes.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to make sound decisions, resolve issues, and adapt to changing situations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.
