Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Strategy implementation coordinator(s) to the Šiaulių bankas group team, who is ready to work in a team, make joint decisions, to achieve the set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and of course be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• I will organize an annual review of the Group's strategy and, if necessary, take care of its renewal;
• You will prepare a map of the Group's goals in order to ensure the implementation of the strategy;
• I coordinate the collection of information on the progress of the implementation of the Group's goals and the results of indicators (KPIs);
• You will prepare various reports for monitoring the implementation of goals, in order to achieve effective communication and a clear assessment of progress;
• I will optimize strategy planning and implementation control processes, implement accurate map management tools and methodology;
• You will prepare strategy planning and implementation supervision documents (procedure, processes, templates, etc.).

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher university education in economics, management, quality management and similar fields;
• Knowledge related to economics, finance or mathematics;
• Previous experience in the implementation and maintenance of strategy, goals, results, KPIs systems or tools in the field of finance would be an advantage;
• Ability to analyze data and processes, structure information;
• Fluent business writing and oral communication skills in both Lithuanian and English languages;
• Ability to perfectly manage computer literacy Windows, MS Office package;
• Good organizational, time planning and communication skills;
• Willingness to learn and improve in the field of finance and to achieve the best results.
