Nature of work:
- To help ensure an efficient and economically beneficial procurement strategy of the group of companies;
- Analysis of market trends and providing insights for all (raw materials, energy and other goods and services) purchases of the group of companies;
- Overview of macroeconomic trends affecting the group of companies and providing recommendations;
- Monitoring and analysis of the total purchase costs of the group of companies, identification of savings opportunities and making proposals to purchasing departments;
- Preparation of information for procurement negotiations;
- Participation in the preparation of the purchase budget of the group of companies;
- Preparation and presentation of other reports related to purchases;
- Systematizing financial data, analyzing performance indicators and providing insights.
Employee requirements:
- Higher university education (economics, finance);
- Analogous work experience;
- Very good working skills with the MS Office package (especially MS Excel);
- Ability to analyze and summarize large amounts of data;
- Logical, analytical thinking, responsibility, attentiveness and orientation to the result and good communication skills;
- In English;
- Willingness to learn and improve, responsibility, creativity and flexibility.
Advantages:
- Experience with databases of economic indicators (Bloomberg, Euromonitor and others);
- Ability to use the programs FO365-Axapta, Power BI, DocLogix;
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
