Main work functions:
- Market analysis, search for alternative suppliers, selection and evaluation of submitted proposals;
- Development and implementation of a strategy for optimization and efficiency of purchasing costs, in order to ensure a competitive purchase price and compliance of raw materials with quality requirements;
- Negotiations with existing and potential suppliers, conclusion or extension of contracts, improvement of cooperation conditions;
- Creating and maintaining relationships with existing and new suppliers;
- Effective use of purchasing department resources.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of managerial work experience in the field of procurement in a manufacturing company;
- Higher Education;
- English language (at least B2 level);
- Ability to go on business trips;
- Computer literacy, experience working with MS Office package programs;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Analytical thinking, organization, orientation to results;
- Ability to plan and implement projects within deadlines;
- Experience in the furniture manufacturing industry is an advantage.
