Your main responsibilities will be:
- organize the successful creation of a sustainable road financing model, in close cooperation with internal teams and external partners,
- prepare a detailed project action plan,
- prepare a model for investment and road program planning,
- prepare a long-term 10-year several investments and 4 years detailed road program plans,
- identify possible sources of road funding and their potential,
- examine the experience of foreign countries and the possibilities of applying it to Lithuania,
- perform an analysis of legal acts and determine the necessary changes in the legislative and regulatory environment,
- develop a new model of future road financing.
It would be great if you have:
- higher university education in the field of economics, finance or management,
- successful work experience in project management, fundraising/investment planning/financial modeling,
- excellent analytical, activity planning, organization, communication skills and the ability to work in a team,
- good knowledge of English (B2+ level) and Lithuanian.

Salary
From 6000 €/mon. gross
A specific salary is offered, taking into account work experience and competence. You will additionally earn a variable part of the annual remuneration, depending on the performance of you and the Company.
