- Develop Strategy management (both at corporate and functional level), Performance management and Innovation management functions;
- Design methodologies, frameworks and processes for the above mentioned functions to enable integration and knowledge sharing throughout different business domains and stakeholders;
- Ensure Functional strategies' development and alignment with Corporate strategy;
- Design, implement and constantly update vertically and horizontally integrated KPI tree and review processes to ensure performance management and decisions to be taken at a strategic level;
- Design innovations scanning (studies, researches, white papers, industry trends, VC cooperations, etc.), evaluation and implementation process;
- Lead innovation projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gain business benefits;
- Design required training package for managers and employees, in order to increase awareness and maturity of Strategy management, Performance management and Innovation management disciplines;
- Serve as the central point of contact and consultancies for Strategy management, Performance management and Innovation management.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 4 years of experience in Strategy management, Performance management and Innovation management (preferably large or international corporations);
- Strong people and leadership skills (incl. cross-functional collaboration, team management, people development and coaching);
- Ability to think strategically, understand the big picture and integrate complex topics;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop insights;
- At least 4 years of experience with managing complex business projects, such as corporate transformation projects or value creation projects or corporate venturing projects;
- Excellent communication skills;
- University degree;
- Excellent verbal and written English skills (German language – benefit).
