Job description
Coordination of study quality monitoring and improvement activities and projects, initiation of innovations to improve the quality of studies, consulting the University community on study quality issues:
Development of the study quality culture at the University.
Planning and organizing the work of the study quality department.
Coordination of study program development and renewal processes.
Monitoring and analysis of study quality at the University.
Implementation of innovations in the field of study quality, based on international best practices.
Consulting the university community on study quality issues and dissemination.

Employee requirements
- At least a university bachelor's degree, in the field of social sciences or educational sciences - an advantage.
- Experience of administrative work in an educational institution, an advantage in the field of higher education.
- Knowledge of the higher education sector, knowledge of legal acts regulating the quality of studies - an advantage;
- Ability to prepare documents in compliance with the Document Preparation Rules approved by the Chief Archivist of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the rules for document preparation;
- Ability to communicate well in Lithuanian orally and in writing;
- Ability to communicate in English (not lower than B2 level) orally and in writing;
- Ability to independently analyze and solve work-related tasks;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Ability to analyze and systematize information, summarize it and provide conclusions;
- Proficiency in a Windows operating system environment, including working with Microsoft Office suite applications.
