NATURE OF WORK:
- Planning and organization of production, technological, packaging, lifting, transportation equipment operation, maintenance, repair works.
- Planning and organization of operation, maintenance and repair works of the building, refrigeration and ventilation systems.
- Planning and organization of modernization and optimization of existing equipment.
- Search for new equipment, production lines, planning and organization of installation and start-up works.
- Ensuring work safety, fire safety and environmental requirements.
- Organization of the supply of energy resources.
- Team formation and work organization.
- Formulation and implementation of technical policy.
- Optimizing, improving, and ensuring performance of business processes.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- Higher technical education.
- Work experience as a technical/operational manager in a manufacturing company.
- Experience in work planning and organization.
- Supervised work experience (min. 3 years).
- Responsibility, teamwork skills.
- The ability to promptly respond to emerging problems and independently search for solutions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Salary
