Your ‘day to day’

  • Define plans, create initiatives, prepare communication and trainings to ensure compliance with the global and local sustainability policy, standards, systems and core values.
  • Improve EHS system management based on audit results, incident investigations, inspections and provide oversight with incident and emergency management.
  • Ensure the implementation of sustainability management systems (e.g. ISO), in line with the company Sustainability Principles and Practices and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to planning and budgeting: ensure that appropriate resources and structures are properly assessed and communicated to cope with objectives, legal compliance and internal standards.
  • Ensure accurate communication and sharing of best practices between operations center, manufacturing and market sustainability.
  • Plan, execute and monitor functional EHS activities, programs, legal requirements and recognized best practices in order to prevent injuries to employees, damage to the environment, minimize the business impact of foreseeable losses and meet legal and company requirements.

Who we’re looking for:

  • University degree in Engineering/Environmental/Technical areas. A specific program in Environmental, Health & Safety disciplines would be a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge in ISO certification and maintenance processes.
  • Considerable experience in a manufacturing company related area and management experience; carrying out risk assessments in the workplace, investigating accidents, performing audits and inspections.
  • Passion about safety, environmental management and sustainability.
  • Business-orientation, innovative mindset and market benchmarking skills.
  • Leadership skills and managerial courage.
  • Proper qualifications as per local EHS legal requirements.
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian languages.

Salary

5250-6560 €/mon. gross
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
