• the curd mass is stuffed into the cheese bags by hand and the cheese bags are tied, pressed, the cheeses that have run out are taken out of the bags, vacuumed, packaged, etc.

Work after 12 o'clock with a flexible work schedule (~3 or 2 working, 2 or 1 free, Saturdays are always free, ~15 working days per month), from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
