- UAB „MAXIMA LT“
You will be responsible for:
- preparation, registration and administration of lease contracts for real estate objects;
- preparation of letters for tenants of real estate objects, coordination with lawyers;
- searching for tenants of real estate objects, establishing contact and maintaining relations;
- solving everyday questions and problems with real estate tenants;
- systematization and administration of real estate tenants' data;
- performance of other tasks assigned by the manager.
We appreciate your:
- initiative, good conflict management and decision-making skills;
- higher education (real estate, management would be an advantage);
- Knowledge of LR legal acts and the ability to apply them in practice (would be an advantage);
- good knowledge of foreign languages (Russian and English);
- good working skills in MS Office;
- category B driver's license (a car is not necessary).
