We are looking for a colleague who:

  • prepared atypical contracts concluded by the Company regarding the provision of data from (to) the register(s) and information system(s) managed by the Company, other contracts related to these registers and information systems (hereinafter - data provision contracts) and drafts of changes to various electronic service contracts provided by the Company (hereinafter - electronic service provision contracts) and agreements regarding these contracts;
  • prepare forms of standard data provision contracts and electronic service provision contracts, with the help of the Company's structural units responsible for a specific field of activity, organize their coordination with responsible institutions and/or institutions;
  • evaluated and/or coordinated drafts of non-typical data provision contracts and electronic service provision contracts received in the Company, upon assignment to the head of the Legal Department - drafts of other contracts concluded in the course of the Company's activities;
  • prepared and/or coordinated drafts of letters, answers, claims, conclusions and other documents on issues supervised by the Department;
  • standardization of initiated data provision and electronic service provision contracts, other documents related to the management of data provision and electronic service provision contracts in the Company;
  • participate in the process of standardization of contracts, documents, procedures according to competence.

In this position, it is important for us:

  • higher university education in the field of law in the field of social sciences studies (bachelor's and/or master's degree or master's degree in integrated studies);
  • at least 2 (two) years of legal work experience;
  • knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);
  • Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, necessary to properly perform the functions assigned to this position;
  • excellent ability to fluently and correctly convey ideas in Lithuanian orally and in writing;
  • ability to work with the Microsoft Office program package and knowledge of information systems necessary to properly perform the functions assigned to this position;
  • responsibility, initiative, orientation to results, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation.
