POSITION
We are looking for a Business Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the organization and execution of the company's sales, you will contribute to the development of the sales strategy, and you will develop relationships with customers and suppliers. We are looking for an ambitious and team-oriented person who has experience working in the field of sales and knows how to successfully organize work.
WORK
What awaits RASO?
- You will develop and nurture relationships with RASO's major business clients
- Looking for new business clients
- You will provide consultations and create solutions for clients
- You will take care of the management of the sales project: from understanding the customer's needs to selling solutions
- I closely cooperated with other departments of the company in selling services/products
- You will be an important part of the sales strategy and actively contribute to its implementation
- Communicate with suppliers regarding the purchase of equipment and the search for the most suitable solution
- Looking for new market trends and products that allow to meet customer needs
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Sales and customer service experience
- Work experience in project sales with IT/software
- Orientation to the result
- Strong negotiation skills
- Initiative and desire to learn
- Independence, the ability to take responsibility for the full implementation of the project
- Oral and written English language skills
- Higher Education
- Computer skills: Experience with Office suite of applications
- Experience working with Navision is a plus
