We are distributors in the field of beauty, who represent well-known brands in the world, follow the highest work standards, pay special attention to the culture of communication and cooperation, and publicize the brands we represent. We are inviting a Key Account Manager to join our growing team.
Main responsibilities:
- Finding new customers, forming orders, control of payments;
- Work with existing clients, development and development of the assortment and services;
- Development of sales strategy for retail chains in the Baltic countries;
- Conducting negotiations with retail chains regarding product sales, introduction of new products, positioning;
- Pricing management;
- Managing the strategy of promoting the loyalty of existing customers;
- Examination of the competitive environment and control of competitive supply;
- Market and sales needs analysis.
Requirements:
- Communication, ability to work in a team and coordination of work;
- Orientation to results and good customer service;
- Successful experience in developing sales in retail chains;
- Experience in developing and managing retail sales promotion strategies;
- Representativeness and excellent negotiation skills;
- Experience in sales planning, pricing management and competitive environment analysis;
- Experience in developing long-term cooperative relationships;
- Driver's licence B category);
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Excellent oral and written English language skills.
