- UAB „Ekonovus“
After joining Ekonovus, your main responsibilities will be:
- Keeping in constant contact with the client regarding contract execution issues;
- Representation of the client's interests within the organization, ensuring the formation of appropriate client service needs;
- Customer service quality management;
- Customer service analysis, initiation of service quality improvement measures;
- Management of customer complaints and claims, including cooperation with KAC on prompt resolution of complaints, analysis of reasons for complaints and application of preventive measures;
- Preparation and submission of periodic activity reports;
- Administration of containers intended for the execution of the client's contract (in matters of organization of construction, replacement, removal and labeling works);
- Other technical issues of contract implementation.

- You have experience in working with the provision of large-scale services;
- You have project management experience;
- You have obtained a higher education;
- You react quickly and adapt to innovations;
- You have excellent communication skills, effectively manage stressful and conflict situations;
- You are characterized by leadership, independence, you are flexible when making decisions;
- You have a driving license (category B) and your own car.
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently (other languages are an advantage).
