Nature of work

  • Development and implementation of a sales strategy in the B2B pharmacy segment;
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining relations with business partners;
  • Analysis, improvement and creation of new sales channels;
  • Monitoring, analyzing and responding to changes in the competitive environment;
  • Determination of sales goals and KPIs for the sales team, their control and implementation;
  • Representation of the company at meetings, conferences and other events;
  • Cooperation with other departments of the company and achieving common company goals.

Employee requirements

  • Higher education related to pharmacy and/or medicine;
  • At least two years of experience in B2B sales;
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and the specifics of pharmacy work would be a great advantage;
  • Leadership, ability to motivate the team;
  • Ability to work with large data streams, analyze them, make insights and make decisions;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (written and spoken), knowledge of other languages (English, Russian) would be an advantage;
  • Responsibility, communication, orientation to the result.

Salary

3400-4200 €/mon. gross
Bonuses depending on work results;
