Nature of work
- Development and implementation of a sales strategy in the B2B pharmacy segment;
- Establishing, developing and maintaining relations with business partners;
- Analysis, improvement and creation of new sales channels;
- Monitoring, analyzing and responding to changes in the competitive environment;
- Determination of sales goals and KPIs for the sales team, their control and implementation;
- Representation of the company at meetings, conferences and other events;
- Cooperation with other departments of the company and achieving common company goals.
Employee requirements
- Higher education related to pharmacy and/or medicine;
- At least two years of experience in B2B sales;
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and the specifics of pharmacy work would be a great advantage;
- Leadership, ability to motivate the team;
- Ability to work with large data streams, analyze them, make insights and make decisions;
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (written and spoken), knowledge of other languages (English, Russian) would be an advantage;
- Responsibility, communication, orientation to the result.

3400-4200 €/mon. gross
