Nature of work:
- Actively develop commercial relations with the most important buyers, ensuring that the company's goals are achieved;
- Cooperate and conduct negotiations with trade networks;
- Implement annual sales plans;
- Realize the qualitative objectives (KPI) assigned to brands/categories at the points of sale;
- Ensure the introduction of new products to the market;
- Ensure high-quality implementation of marketing actions in shopping centers;
- Analyze customer potential and look for opportunities to grow the assigned product category and/or assigned brands.
Main brands: Semper, Barilla, Haagen dazs, Twinings, Neutral, Kiwi, Sanex, Wash&go and others.
Requirements:
- KA or sales experience with FMCG goods (at least 2 years);
- higher education in economics or management;
- strategic and analytical thinking;
- strong orientation to the result;
- excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- good knowledge of the English language (written, spoken);
- good computer skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint);
- Driver's license.
