You will be responsible for:
- Organization, quality assurance and control of cleaning works;
- Working with a team of cleaning personnel (from 30 to 50 people) - team formation, training, motivation, work process;
- Creating work schedules, entering salaries into the system, selecting and ordering cleaning products and equipment;
- Relations with clients - professional communication when organizing and performing work;
We hope that:
- You are independent, organized, able to plan tasks in detail, ensure their execution and quality;
- You have team management skills and experience;
- You are communicative, have quick reaction and orientation in stressful situations;
- You have good planning and organization skills;
- You have a driver's license (required);
- Good knowledge of the Russian language would be considered an advantage.
