You will be responsible for:
- Effective organization of departmental work.
- Creating a sales strategy.
- Implementation of the sales goals set for the department.
- Creating a motivational system that would encourage employees to achieve the set goals.
- You will ensure the highest level of customer service so that their experience meets company standards and expectations.
- Team formation, training and education.
- Recruitment and introduction of new team members.
- Negotiations with suppliers, conclusion of contracts and supervision.
We hope you:
- You have experience in leading sales or customer service teams.
- You are able to successfully lead a team, motivate it and simultaneously achieve the intended goals.
- You are able to identify and streamline the processes that bring the most value to the department, improving both customer service and internal operational processes.
- You are result-oriented, you consistently work to achieve the set goals.
- You are a positive, team-oriented person. You have good planning and time management skills.
