Nature of work
Monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems;
Remote control of devices, support of microclimate and other parameters;
Analysis of energy consumption data, presentation of reports and recommendations;
Search for optimal system operation solutions and parameters;
Development and implementation of individual energy saving solutions.

Employee requirements
Knowledge of the operation of building engineering (HVAC, E, SS, PVA) systems;
Knowledge of the operating principles of heating, ventilation and air conditioning system equipment;
Analytical thinking, ability to work promptly and independently;
Ability to communicate freely and effectively with colleagues, project team and clients;
Experience at least: 1 year;
Driver's license (category B);
Higher Education;
Knowledge of English and/or Russian (advantage).
Knowledge of the operating principles of heating, ventilation and air conditioning system equipment;
Analytical thinking, ability to work promptly and independently;
