Head of the HVAC technical department

Organization and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ventilation system works;
Communication with customers, other contractors, technical maintenance;
Organization of the work and development of the service department;
Organization of supply of necessary materials to facilities;
Working with subcontractors;
Preparation of reports;
Introduction of new HVAC products and training of installers;
Control of materials and completed works;
Delivery of completed works to customers;

Higher education in construction/engineering (advantage);
Certificates of qualification for special construction works (SVOK, VN) (Preference);
Experience in managerial work in HVAC;
Knowledge of the operating principles of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems equipment
Excellent negotiation, organizational and analytical skills
Orientation to the result, ability to work independently and in a team;
Driver's license;
Computer literacy (Microsoft package)
Time management skills;
Knowledge of occupational safety;
