We aim to hire professionals in our field and gather a great team of employees in Grigeo group companies. We contribute to the smooth and sustainable growth of the business, therefore we invite a new colleague to join the team of the talent attraction and selection group.
You will have the ability to develop and deliver advanced talent acquisition and recruiting programs aligned with business priorities. You will collaborate with the heads of various departments, helping them to form teams. You will be responsible for the search and selection of high-quality and diverse employees necessary to achieve the short and long-term goals of the business.

We will trust you:
- Conduct recruitment and selection strategy discussion meetings to establish mutually agreed upon outcomes and expectations;
- Actively and continuously apply effective search strategies (passive and active) in order to create a high-quality flow of diverse candidates for current and future vacancies;
- Spread Grigeo's values and culture to attract and interest potential candidates;
- Perform initial selection, identify and present qualified candidates to department heads;
- Organize job interview meetings with candidates and company representatives;
- Support and manage a constructive, polite and detailed job interview between company representatives and the candidate;
- Prepare and submit job offers to selected candidates in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
- Take care of the induction process of a new employee, its supervision and coordination and ensure a positive experience of the candidate before employment;
- Provide feedback to candidates, create long-term relationships with potential candidates;
- Successfully achieve personnel selection indicators (KPIs);
- Perform the role of a consultant and regularly inform about labor market trends, identify employment challenges and provide possible appropriate solutions in a timely manner;
- Advise and advise internal clients on candidate evaluation, discussion sessions and decision-making on candidate suitability;
- Actively participate in various talent attraction programs: job fairs, career days, cooperation initiatives with students.
