Your mission:
- Propose and implement selection ideas, attracting a wide range of specialists in all targeted candidate search sources;
- Conduct job interviews to the highest quality standard and ensure the best candidate experience journey;
- Close and prompt cooperation with hiring managers, advise and educate them in the areas of talent attraction and selection;
- Analyze the labor market, the latest trends in attracting and selecting candidates and integrate them into the existing selection process;
- To be a supportive and helpful team member who strives not only for personal development, but also contributes to the implementation of the company's mission.
You are what we are looking for if:
- Has successful experience in working with various selection projects OR education in the fields of human resources management, social sciences, business management;
- You are curious and interested in what is happening in the world of talent attraction or you would like to know and join it;
- You are a proficient user of English with extensive professional terminology;
- Communication, initiative and a high quality standard are your strengths;
- You work well in a team and tend to cooperate.
