The ENEFIT sustainability team is looking for positive, communicative and attentive CUSTOMER CONSULTANT(S) to help answer calls and email inquiries related to the company's services.

Your challenges in this position:
- to ensure the best customer experience by advising our customers by e-mail. by mail, phone and during live chat sessions;
- helping potential customers to choose solutions and services that best meet their needs, additional sales;
- performing administrative actions after the consultation (registering and filling in information in Enefit's customer service systems);
- performing tasks related to customer referrals based on the organization's internal procedures and processes.
Employee requirements
- You will become the face and voice of Enefit, so we expect you to be positive, communicative, attentive, empathetic, like dynamics and a quick learner;
- you are brave and not afraid to pick up the phone. You communicate fluently, you express your thoughts both orally and in writing in Lithuanian;
- has good computer literacy skills (MS Office);
- able to work full-time (on weekdays);
- able to communicate in English or Russian - an advantage;
- experience in customer service will be considered a strong advantage.
