BECOME A PUBLIC PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

The ENEFIT team is looking for an attentive and proactive colleague to take the position of public procurement specialist in the business segment department and help us in the search for new customers and serve existing business customers by selling electricity, gas and energy efficiency solutions.

Your responsibilities:

· execution of public procurement through CVPIS, CPO catalog, Public Procurement Service, etc. platforms: search for tenders, analysis of conditions, preparation and submission of offers;
· active participation in fuel purchases;
· preparation and submission of the necessary documentation related to public procurement, ensuring compliance with requirements and normative legal acts;
· customer service of the company by ensuring smooth communication and long-term partnership,
· active cooperation with public institutions;
· high-quality implementation of processes that meet the company's requirements;
· improving the quality of customer service by identifying and offering useful and convenient solutions;
· collaboration with other company departments to achieve the best customer experience.

· Higher Education;
· at least 3 years of successful participation in public procurement experience;
· we consider sales experience in the field of energy a great advantage;
· work experience with CVP IS and CPO platforms;
· knowledge of legal acts regulating public procurement;
· good knowledge of the Lithuanian language and solid basics of the English language;
· advanced level of Excel and other MS Office packages;
· ability to collect, analyze, summarize information and draw conclusions, independently plan and organize one's activities;
· you are proactive, detailed, meticulous, have a strong sense of responsibility.

2500-3200 €/mon. gross
Salary from 2500-3200 Eur (before tax deduction) + supplement.
The exact salary is offered taking into account work experience and available competences.
