BE READY:
- Provide private clients with detailed and high-quality advice on savings and life insurance issues
- Carry out active sales of savings and insurance services, meeting with clients live or providing consultations remotely
- Manage documents related to services provided to clients, ensure their compliance with the requirements of the Bank's internal legal acts
- Collaborate closely in a team to achieve personal and team goals
- Evaluate existing processes, make suggestions for their improvement
- Constantly improve and raise professional qualifications
ABOUT YOU:
- 1+ years of experience as a financial consultant or insurance manager (life insurance experience is an advantage)
- Education in the fields of insurance, finance, economics - an advantage
- Characterized by positivity, initiative, responsibility, openness to innovation and a strong desire to deepen one's professional knowledge
- Has excellent communication skills, able to quickly absorb knowledge and make decisions
- You are able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Has good knowledge of Russian and/or English (advantage)
