Nature of work
LRT - the largest and most modern media group in Lithuania with deep traditions, invites the head(s) of the National Communities Group to join. You will be responsible for the coordination and development of a group of National Communities creating content in Russian, Polish, Ukrainian languages.
- Coordination of the content of the portal, radio and TV platforms for national minorities, preparation of materials.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the LRT Group of National Communities (organization and coordination of activities).
- Development of LRT media platforms in Russian, Polish and Ukrainian languages.
- Establishing and developing contacts with Lithuanian and foreign partners.
- Generating topics and ideas in order to strengthen the awareness and popularity of LRT.
Employee requirements
- Higher Education.
- Experience in the media, knowledge of portal/radio/TV specifics.
- Excellent Lithuanian, English and Russian language skills, knowledge of Ukrainian or Polish would be an advantage.
- Ability to independently plan, organize own and team activities, understand and manage complex processes.
