🚀 Responsibilities:
As a Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in building and managing a high-performing team dedicated to our Identity Operations and Customer Care processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day operations and task prioritisation,
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring accountability for meeting SLAs and quality targets,
- Developing team members' skills and competencies through training and performance management,
- Leading continuous process improvements and maintaining high-quality standards,
- Performing quality reviews to strive for a higher level of quality in the team,
- Handling escalated cases and collaborating with other teams,
- Assisting with sales efforts as needed.
🎯 Qualifications:
- 2+ year of previous management experience,
- Previous operations experience,
- Fluency in English (written and spoken),
- Strong communication and organisational skills,
- Proven people management and leadership abilities,
- Proactive problem-solving mindset,
- Strong work ethics.
