IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- generating device order codes for sales managers
- coordinate the procurement and integration of power cables, packaging, and other components necessary for device orders under specified order codes
- compose, translate, and enhance departmental procedures to ensure clarity, compliance, and optimization of operation
- constant supervision and research to determine where documentation is needed or insufficient
- coordinate queries with R&D, Production, QA, Supply management
- work closely with Technical Support, Product Managers, R&D, and Designers
- perform quality assurance tasks before providing solutions to sales manager
WE BELIEVE THAT YOU
- have technical education (Electronics/Mechanics Engineering, Technical Communications, or related field). Will be considered an advantage
- have good spoken and written English skills, other foreign language skills will be considered as an advantage
- have good computer literacy skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- have a creative and analytical mindset to work with large amounts of data
- have basic technical knowledge
- have ability to analyze and solve complex task problems
- have practice with ticket-based platforms (Jira, OpenProject, Service Desk) would be a bonus
- demonstrate administrative skills to efficiently manage documentation, scheduling, and organizational tasks, ensuring seamless coordination and support across departments
