Job description

  • Providing IT support to users on hardware and software issues
  • Preparing, installing, and configuring of workplaces
  • Creating, configuring, and managing user accounts
  • Installing and updating software and/or devices
  • Maintaining and reviewing issue reports and documentation
  • Maintaining infrastructure
  • Maintaining hardware and software inventory
  • Asset tracking and documentation
  • Ticket routing and escalation to tier2 and tier3

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016/O365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft M365, Azure AD, InTune
  • Knowledge of basic networking (subnets, VLANs, DHCP and DNS, VPN)
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot and solve issues in a timely manner
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt
  • Good English language skills
