The Kaunas branch of Caverion Lietuva's construction management services business is responsible for ensuring the management and administration of construction management and maintenance of technical engineering systems (heating, water supply, sewage, electricity, weak currents, structures, ventilation and air conditioning, etc.) in the region.
Daily challenges:
maintenance and repair of the building, minor interior and exterior finishing works:
- metal welding and machining (advantage)
- tiling
- plastering/painting of walls
- installation/repair of gypsum structures
- installation/repair of exterior and interior doors
Requirements:
- special secondary education
- ability to cooperate and work both in a team and independently
- ability to perform small-scale indoor and outdoor general construction repair work (plastering, plastering, tiling, etc.)
- driver's license
