The Kaunas branch of Caverion Lietuva's construction management services business is responsible for ensuring the management and administration of construction management and maintenance of technical engineering systems (heating, water supply, sewage, electricity, weak currents, structures, ventilation and air conditioning, etc.) in the region.
Daily challenges:
- maintenance/repair works of building heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
- preparation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for summer/winter seasons
- teamwork
Requirements:
- technical education

- good organizational, time planning, teamwork skills
- strong sense of responsibility, independence, ability to make decisions
