Responsibilities and functions:

Purpose of the position:

The AKGP technician ensures efficient and correct production of products, correct and timely filling of documentation and participation in the production of products intended for analytical chromatography and mass spectrometry.

Responsibilities and functions:

  • Timely implementation of assigned tasks and functions;
  • Work in accordance with approved technological cards (TK), equipment instructions (WIN), standard work descriptions (SDA) and production protocols (WO).
  • Collect products for chromatography and mass spectrometry. Prepare the solutions and suspensions needed to fill the columns.
  • Following procedures, prepare equipment for work, fill chromatographic columns;
  • Set the column filling parameters and supervise the filling process;
  • Ensure compliance of processes with quality requirements;
  • Comply with established work safety requirements;
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workplace;
  • Responsible monitoring of working equipment and facilities, registering non-conformities, failures and malfunctions;
  • Immediately inform the direct manager about all non-standard situations related to direct functions;
  • Comply with work order rules, follow orders, written and verbal instructions of the company and direct managers; if unable to fulfill the instructions, immediately report it to the managers;
  • Make proposals related to the improvement of the performed functions and the activities of the department;
  • Ensure the safety and use of entrusted material values according to their intended purpose;
  • Ensure the security of confidential information of the trusted company;

Qualification requirements / Education / Experience:

  • No lower than secondary education;
  • Computer literacy (MS Office);
  • Basics of English language;
  • Knowledge of equipment management and maintenance principles;
  • Knowledge of documentation principles;
