NATURE OF WORK:

ONCE YOU JOIN THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Ensuring the proper operation of the technical farm and smooth coordination of the process of maintenance and repair of production facilities;
Ensuring continuous operation of production facilities and their maintenance and renewal;
Organization of scheduled and unscheduled equipment inspections and execution of controls;
Ensuring and controlling the technological process;
Repair budget planning and cost control;
Participation in equipment renewal, acquisition and installation projects;
Leading the technical department and forming its long-term strategy;
Coordinating the work of subordinate personnel, training employees and forming goals for the team;
Active interest in new technologies and their application possibilities in the company.

WE EXPECT YOU TO:

You have obtained a higher education (in the fields of technology/engineering sciences);
You have successful management experience in a similar position;
Demonstrate skills in managing a team, planning time, organizing and distributing work and setting priorities;
You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, analytical thinking and a strong orientation towards the result;
You are able to respond promptly to emerging problems and independently search for solutions;
You have excellent knowledge of English and Russian (written and spoken);
You have a driver's license.
