A client of Stafferty - a company that offers various equipment rental solutions to its customers - invites a new colleague, an Equipment Rental Customer Consultant, to join its great team:
Nature of work:
- Taking care of customer service in the rental center;
- Advising customers on the possibilities and use of equipment live and by phone;
- Preparation of documents for equipment transfer/acceptance;
- Organization of equipment removal/return to facilities;
- Maintenance of order in the rental center;
- Development of sustainable business relations;
- Customer education on how to use the company's online rental platform.
Requirements:
- Successful experience in the field of customer service;
- Motivation and perseverance to achieve the highest goals;
- Good organizational skills and ability to plan your time according to priorities;
- Ability to assess customer needs, search for the most suitable solutions, respond promptly;
- Knowledge of English or Russian at a level not lower than B1;
- Collegiality, communication and excellent negotiation skills;
- Ownership approach, caring for the well-being of one's environment;
- Driver's licence B category.
