TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT MANAGER

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:
- Organization of the work of the department responsible for the technical condition of the tractors, budget planning, improvement and standardization of operational processes;
- Implementation of the development of the truck park;
- Work with existing foreign service providers and search for new partners;
- Managing and motivating the team of the technical department, monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators.
WE WILL GIVE PRIORITY TO YOU IF:
- You will have similar work experience in a transport or transport service company;
- You will have managed a team of more than 5-7 people;
- You will know the service process of the heavy vehicle fleet (advantage – in Europe);
- You will be able to organize your work and that of the team, delegate tasks and ensure their execution;
- You will understand that value at work can only be created through mutual trust, respect and the ability to take responsibility.
