Your main responsibilities:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the technical department;
- Effective team management and development (assignment of tasks, control, etc.);
- Timely filling of reports (weekly, monthly, etc.);
- Optimizing business processes, increasing business efficiency;
- Organization and execution of vehicle fleet repair works;
- Performing repair and servicing, modernization, reconstruction and other works of equipment and equipment, selection of contractors;
- Rational use of spare parts, consumables, their control, selection of suppliers of materials and parts;
- Formation, management, motivation and training of the technical department team.
Employee requirements:
- Higher university technical/engineering education;
- Experience in the transport/logistics sector is required;
- At least 2 years of successful team management experience;
- Experience in the technical field is a big advantage;
- Experience in team management and process optimization;
- Ability to manage, accumulate, systematize, summarize information;
- Good analytical skills, quick orientation;
- Good skills in working with MS Office programs;
- Good knowledge of English/Russian language.
