You will be responsible for:
- Team work planning, team education and motivation;
- Team coordination and assistance in solving technical problems;
- Organization and maintenance of equipment repair;
- Distribution of consumables by region;
- Close cooperation with other departments of the company;
- Analysis of breakdowns of the equipment of the technical department and preparation of related reports;
- Control of internal technical department documents.
We hope you:
- You have technical project management experience;
- You have obtained a higher/higher education (in the field of IT, exact sciences, automation, electronics);
- You have experience in leading a team;
- You are results-oriented;
- You know how to act quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment
- You have good planning and project management skills;
- You speak and write Lithuanian and English well.
