What to do:
- Administer the systems operating in the arena, register tasks for supervising companies (IT network, turnstiles, cash registers, TV system, audio system, LED screens, scoreboards, game machines, controlled light devices);
- Switch wired workplaces in the arena according to the needs of the events;
- Prepare and sound small conferences, DJ, background music in the arena;
- Work with rental equipment (LED screens, lifting, stage equipment, furniture for events) inside and outside the arena (you will need to administer employees, freight transport, equipment quantities, calculate loads, sublease auxiliary equipment);
- Search for necessary equipment for purchase, organize purchase processes;
- Administer arena property, maintain, manage, configure it;
We hope you:
- You are organized, courageous, you are not afraid of challenges when taking on a new, unusual activity;
- Be creative in solving problems;
- Has at least 2 years of similar work experience;
- Learn to use MS Office programs well (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams);
- You know the basic principles of audio, video and lighting operation;
- Learn to work with Office 365, Resolume, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier, Audinate Dante, MagicQ, BrightSign, BrightAuthor, Autocad programs (at least a few of them are an advantage);
- Learn English;
- Has a category B driver's license;
