In this position you will:
- You will manage and organize the maintenance of production equipment in order to ensure uninterrupted processes;
- You will plan equipment failure prevention and elimination works;
- You will manage the assigned team of locksmiths and engineers;
- You will form and plan the necessary human resources;
- You will constantly improve operational processes in order to achieve greater efficiency;
- You will participate in the installation and operation of new equipment.
We hope you:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a technical manager or engineer in FMCG production companies;
- You have obtained a university or higher education in the field of technical, mechanical or industrial engineering;
- You can communicate in English and Russian;
- You are able to use the MS Office package. Experience with SCADA would be an advantage;
- You have a driver's license.
