Goals for the manager:
- Development and implementation of technical provision strategy;
- Management, repair and reconstruction of modern equipment, energy systems, technical condition and maintenance of buildings;
- Formation of the organizational management structure and personnel development;
- Participation in the formation of investment needs and management of operational budgets, in order to achieve efficient and sustainable growth of the company;
- Coordination and management of projects in order to achieve goals in a timely and efficient manner;
- Management of new equipment, spare parts procurement processes in order to ensure the smoothness of the company's operations;
- Effective management of energy resources in order to reduce costs and contribute to sustainable business development.
Expectations for the candidate:
- You should have a higher technical education and at least several years of management experience in the technical field;
- We are looking for a leader who is able to motivate the team, promote cooperation and coordinate activities in order to achieve effective results;
- We hope that you have excellent decision-making ability and understand the importance of strategic direction in the company's activities;
- We will evaluate knowledge and experience using LEAN methodologies that would help optimize operations and achieve the best results;
- It is important to know English and Russian in order to effectively communicate with partners;
- It is important to have strong skills in project management and organization in order to ensure smooth work;
- Determination to accept challenges is required, as well as the ability to take responsibility for one's decisions;
- We are looking for a person who is results-oriented, has initiative and is able to solve complex situations analytically.
