Employee requirements
- Higher engineering education (in the field of automation, mechatronics, mechanics, etc.).
- At least 2 years of work experience as a technical manager in an industrial production company.
- Proficiency in technical English.
- Ability to communicate in Russian (advantage).
- Computer skills.
- Organizational abilities, excellent management and time planning skills.
- Responsibility, initiative, professionalism, communication, punctuality.

UAB „Rapsoila“
UAB "Rapsoila" is the first factory in Lithuania that produces biodiesel, glycerol and rapeseed meal from Lithuanian rapeseed. The factory cooperates with the farmers of Lithuania and the Baltic countries, among them supercaps. A lot is invested in the continuous improvement of processes, equipment, and raising the qualifications of employees.
It sells 100,000 t of production per year.
Most of the production is exported (Baltic market, Europe).
Currently, UAB "Rapsoila" employs 60 employees.
The company operates profitably and intensively develops. The most advanced production and management practices are implemented in the group of companies, in recent years the company has worked a lot on reviewing processes, optimizing and implementing various business system efficiency solutions, LEAN, Agrosmart, analytical program Qlik sense, Pragma4.
