- Organization and control of technical services, repair and maintenance of vehicles;
- Consulting drivers and operators on technical issues and appointments to facilities;
- Provision of facilities with materials and equipment according to needs;
- Analysis of the technical operation of the transport fleet;
- Planning of fault prevention and removal works;
- Continuous improvement of operational processes in order to achieve greater efficiency;
Employee requirements
- Interest in technology and its repair;
- Good organizational and work time planning skills;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- At least 2 years of experience as a technical manager;
- Higher or higher education in the field of technical, mechanical engineering;
- Knowledge of computer literacy (MS Office);
- Driver's license.
