- has a university/non-university education
- able to communicate fluently in Lithuanian orally and in writing
- you like and know how to communicate with people and help them
- learn English and/or Russian at B1 level
- have a driver's license (category B)

- has experience in vehicle maintenance
- has experience in customer service
- has an education in the field of transport

- ensuring safe traffic in the field of road transport
- provision of administrative services to natural and legal persons
- examination of applications and preparation of individual vehicle approval certificates and certificates
- assessment of the compliance of road vehicles and their components with the established technical requirements
- checking the data of vehicle types entered into the information system
- Examination and application of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union
