Nature of work
- supervise and manage the progress of solar and wind power plant installation works according to project requirements;
- ensure that the requirements set by the equipment manufacturers are met during the installation of solar and wind power plants;
- prepare documentation and reports related to the execution of construction works;
- communicate with customers, subcontractors, technical maintenance;
- ensure compliance with work safety requirements in the facility.
We hope that:
- you have a higher technical, engineering/construction education;
- you have gained successful experience as a maintenance manager in the energy or construction sectors;
- you are able to read and analyze projects and technical documentation;
- you can lead a team and ensure efficient organization and quality of work;
- you will be able to go to facilities in other Lithuanian cities;
- construction, technical maintenance, work safety or related certificates would be a great advantage;
- Lithuanian and at least one foreign language - necessary.
